    Day 02: Copenhagen (City Tour) - Cruise

    After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and proceed for a panoramic city tour of Copenhagen which enthral you with impressive sights such as Renaissance Stock Exchange, Parliament house, Christiansburg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and landmark national symbol of Denmark-Little Mermaid.     Day 03: Cruise - Geilo

    After continental breakfast, disembark from the Cruise at Oslo. Collect your packed lunch and board your bus to drive to Geilo (270 kms – 6 hrs), which is a town in southern Norway known for ski resorts and mountain trails. It’s a gateway to 2 national parks and many lakes and rivers. Here, you will feel as close to the nature as you can be. Upon arrival in Geilo, check-in at your hotel and revel in breathtaking views of Nordic countryside. Italian Dinner (PIZZA/PASTA) at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Geilo.

    Day 04: Geilo - FLAMSBANA - Oslo

    After breakfast, check out from the Hotel and drive to Flam! Upon reaching Flam, EXPERIENCE – the Flamsbana – a train journey unlike any other! The train runs from the end of Aurlandsfjord, a tributary of the Sognafjord, up to the high mountains at Myrdal station. The journey features the finest aspects of the stunning scenery of Western Norway (FLAM – MYDRAL – FLAM). Alight from Flamsbana train at Flam. After continental lunch, get back into the bus and drive to Oslo! Upon arrival at Oslo, have hot Indian dinner at Indian restaurant.     Day 05: Oslo

    After breakfast, start your day with Oslo City tour – pass by sites such as Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, the Royal Palace and Akhershus Fortress. After lunch, visit Frogner Park. It is the largest park in central part of Oslo. Inside the park, you will find Vigeland Sculpture Park, one of the Oslo’s most popular attractions. Frogner Park has Norway's biggest collection of roses; a total of 14,000plants of 150 different species. Also visit the high ski jumping hill Holmenkollbakken, located at Hollmenkollen in Oslo.     Day 06: Oslo - Stockholm

    After breakfast, check out and have a scenic full drive to Stockholm (~540kms – 8hrs). On the way, stop at Karlstad, situated on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, for a photo stop at Lake Vanern and also we will have lunch at Karlstad. After lunch, continue to Stockholm. Once you arrive in Stockholm – the capital of Sweden, which encompasses 14 islands and more than 50 bridges on an extensive Baltic Sea archipelago, enjoy hot Indian dinner at Indian restaurant after a long journey. After dinner, check-in at your hotel in Stockholm.Overnight stay at hotel in Stockholm.

Terms & Conditions

  • Tour dates are indicative and may change depending on many factors including Non formation of desired group size. In such case clients will be given option to change dates .
  • Airline is subject to change .clients to be made aware of this In case client is specific in his choice of Airline then you may check with us the Airfare Reduction and client can do his own air ticket, however in case his arrival and departure timings do not match with our group flight time than additional taxi fare for transfers needs to be paid by the guest on own.
  • Payment Schedule: Booking amount = INR 75,000 per person to confirm the booking.
  • “Group Departure of Tours” means such to which are carried out in groups containing individual families where the services provided are similar to all guest/s.
  • Force Majeure means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control, directly or indirectly its ability to perform its obligations / responsibilities regarding the tour including :
    (i) Pandemic, War, hostilities invasion, act of foreign enemies.
    (ii) Rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war.
    (iii) Epidemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or other exceptional natural calamity and act of God.
    (iv) ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly.
    (v) Riot, commotion or disorder; (vi) any act or omission of any Government instrumentality.
  • The Tourist interested going abroad must have a valid Visa to visit/travel to that Country/Countries. Company generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective consulates on the dates as pre- defined by the concerned authority. The granting or not granting visa is the sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Authorities even after submitting all relevant documents or attending personal interview or otherwise and company is not at all responsible for grant or not grant of visa for whatever reasons and for errors in the date of visa granted or scanned photographs by the concerned authorities.
  • No consulate gives any reason for not granting visa. Normally the passport is returned without visa. The Company therefore shall not provide any reason why a person is not granted a visa. Company reserves the right to evy an additional charge over and above the tour tariff to be paid and borne by tourists for delay in production of visa by the tourist before the Company for any reason whatsoever.
  • If the tourist cancels a tour due to not granting of visa and /or for any other reason whatsoever, the cancellation charges shall be paid by the tourist and any fine, penalties or any such payments arising due to not meeting with the requirements of any airport or government authorities including Passport or Visa documents, are to be paid by the Tourist.
    • IMPORTANT NOTES:
    • No name change allowed after booking.
    • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
    • Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
    • PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
    • Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
    • Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
    • If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
    CANCELATION POLICY: (May change package to package)
    • 00-15 Days: 100% of the Package Cost will be charged
    • 16-30 Days: 85% of the Package Cost will be charged
    • 31-45 Days: 75% of the Package cost will be charged
    • 46-60 Days: 50% of the Package cost will be charged
    • 61-90 Days: 40% of the package cost will be charged
    • 91 or before: 15% of the package cost will be charged
