DOMESTIC PASSENGERS :

  • 14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers

EXCEPTION TO QUARANTINE :

Passengers who visit the State for a short period for purposes like business, official, trade, medical, court cases, property management or any like purposes will be exempted. Government have allowed them to visit the State for a period up to 7 days without mandatory quarantine ONLY after obtaining entry passes through covid19jagratha portal. They shall provide the details of local itinerary along with the purpose of visit and local accommodation and contact person. Any deviations from this, during visit, shall be informed to the authorities with valid reasons.

PASSENGER OBLIGATION :

  • 1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
  • 2. All passengers shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.
  • 3. Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport and undergo Home Quarantine for 14 days.
  • 4. All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT after entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State or UT s/he intends to visit.

HEALTH SCREENING:

  • RT-PCR test for all arriving passengers on chargeable basis incase passenger is not carrying a negative COVID-19 report on arrival (not earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival).

QUARANTINE:

  • If tested positive, passengers will be transferred to COVID facility for further processing.

PASSENGER OBLIGATION:

  • 1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
  • 2. All passengers must register on the State portal to generate a unique e-invite http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/testing.html.
  • 3. E-invite can also be generated on Meghalaya Tourism App.
  • 4. Both e-invite & COVID negative report (not earlier than 72 hours of arrival) are MANDATORY for entry into Meghalaya state.

HEALTH SCREENING:

  • Mandatory Antigen test for all passengers above the age of 55 years.
  • Screening as per COVID protocol & on-site Rapid Antigen Test for all symptomatic passengers arriving from the states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab & Chhattisgarh.

QUARANTINE:

  • 7 days of mandatory home isolation for all passengers arriving from the states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab & Chhattisgarh.
  • Exception: For asymptomatic passengers who have a RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 72 hours before Boarding or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate.

PASSENGER OBLIGATION:

JAIPUR, JODHPUR & UDAIPUR :

HEALTH SCREENING:

  • Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.
  • It is MANDATORY for passengers arriving from Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana & Punjab to carry a COVID negative report from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours of arrival into the state of Rajasthan.

QUARANTINE:

  • 14 days of voluntary Home Quarantine for all passengers.
  • Symptomatic passengers shall be isolated and taken to nearest health facility.

PASSENGER OBLIGATION:

  • 1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
  • 2. All passengers must submit Self-Health Declaration and go through screening process.

DEHRADUN :

HEALTH SCREENING:

  • 1. Thermal screening shall be conducted for all passengers.
  • 2. COVID Test will be done (free of cost) for passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala & Gujarat. Passengers with positive COVID result will be sent to quarantine center for further processing .
  • 3. Official of Uttarakhand on return to state after 5 days shall get the COVID-19 test done.

QUARANTINE:

  • No quarantine for travelers coming to Uttarakhand with stay less than 7 days. Visitors will provide residence/stay address to authorities.
  • Home quarantine for visitors coming for more than 7 days.
  • 10 days of Institutional quarantine for Army & paramilitary personal.
  • Govt official from state & center, Judges of Supreme & High court and other judicial officers, MP’s & MLA of Utarakhand & support staff are exempted from quarantine.
  • All passengers will be exempted from home quarantine if they arrive with RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Antigen test with negative report mot more than 96hrs before arrival. This is not mandatory.
  • If the passenger is found positive necessary protocols laid down by state authorities will be followed.

PASSENGER OBLIGATION:

FOR PASSENGERS FROM DUBAI TO INDIA

  • 1. Eligibility to travel to India: Stranded Indian nationals; All Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders holding UAE passports, and UAE nationals (including diplomats) holding valid visa issued by an Indian Mission in any category covered under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) guidelines dated 30.06.2020.
  • 2. To know the detailed Indian guidelines for arrivals into India, please see ‘Arrivals into India’ section.
  • 3. As per extant government regulations, customers are permitted to travel to India from the United Kingdom only on a direct flight. Customers shall not be allowed to travel to India through a transit airport of another country. Hence, all customers travelling from the United Kingdom to India via any other/ third country from where IndiGo operates its flight to India, shall not be permitted to undertake travel on such IndiGo operated flight. All liabilities, penalties, costs, losses arising out of such refusal of carriage by IndiGo or proposed travel, shall be borne solely by the customer.

FOR PASSENGERS FROM INDIA TO DUBAI

  • 1. UAE nationals, residents, others holding any type of visa or seeking visa on arrival shall be allowed to travel.
  • 2. UAE residents who have Dubai issued residence visa must obtain GDRFA approval before travelling through https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitService.aspx
  • 3. UAE residents holding residence visa issued through any other emirate are required to upload their Emirates ID number, passport, and nationality on https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae/ to verify the authenticity of their travel. In order to be able to travel, customers must show a green status against their registration details on above website
  • 4. UAE residents whose visa has been issued from Dubai and those who have stayed outside the country for more than 180 days shall also be allowed to enter UAE till 31st March 2021 provided they provided that they obtain approval for a resident return permit through https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitServiceForm.aspx
  • 5. UAE residents whose visa have expired cannot enter even if they have GDRFA approval, with the exception that if they are of the nationalities that are entitled to obtain a visa on arrival or have new visas for the nationalities that require them to obtain a visa
  • 6. Indian nationals intending to travel to Dubai on Visit or tourist visa or looking to obtain visa on arrival shall be required to be in possession of a valid return ticket
  • 7. Seamen shall be allowed to travel to Dubai with all necessary documents such as passport, CDC booklet, Guarantee letter, Ok to Board Letter and should be in possession of valid 96Hrs transit visa. Seamen intending to travel beyond UAE are currently not permitted to travel on our flights
  • 8. Customers must carry a negative PCR certificate in printed form, from a government-approved laboratory in India (ICMR) or a certified designated laboratory which is available on https://www.icmr.gov.in/ issued no more than 72 hours before departure. The certificate issued shall be duly signed and stamped by relevant authorities and must only be in English or Arabic. Hand written certificates shall not be permitted. 72Hours is calculated from the time of sample collection
    Note: Children under 12 years are exempted from Pre-COVID test
  • 9. UAE Nationals are not required to conduct PCR test before arriving into Dubai however shall undergo mandatory a RTPCR test on arrival
  • 10. All customers must undergo a PCR test upon arrival into Dubai as well
  • 11. All customers transiting Dubai, are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination
  • 12. Transit/transfer beyond UAE will not be permitted

FOR CUSTOMERS FROM INDIA TO MALE

1. CUSTOMERS CATEGORIES ALLOWED TO TRAVEL

  • i. Tourists and Short Term Visitors.
  • ii. Maldivian Nationals.
  • iii. Expatriates and their dependants with work permit.
  • iv. Holders of a valid work permit or work visa.
  • v. Holders of any other resident permit of Maldives.

2. RT PCR GUIDELINES

i. Following categories of customers are required to be in possession of a pre arrival RT PCR for entry into Maldives

  • a. Tourists
  • b. Special Visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives is upto 7 days
  • c. Business Visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives is upto 7 days
  • d. Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
  • e. Seamen who arrive by air to transfer to a ship

ii. The above customer categories are not subjected to a 14 day quarantine however must be in possession of RT PCR negative certificate in English in print or electronic form, from a government-approved laboratory in India (ICMR) or a Certified designated laboratory which is available on https://www.icmr.gov.in/ o issued no more than 96 hours before departure. 96 hours is calculated from the time for sample collection

iii. The RT PCR certificate must contain name as per passport, name and address of the testing laboratory, Type of test, date of sample collection and result

iv. Following categories of customers are exempted from pre arrival RT PCR requirements

  • a. Maldivian Nationals
  • b. Holders of a valid work permit or work visa
  • c. Holders of any other resident permit of Maldives
  • d. Infants who are of less than 1 year of age
  • e. Customers travelling on Dependent, Student and Marriage Visa

v. All customers except tourists travelling to Maldives are required to undergo mandatory 10 day home quarantine upon arrival at their place of residency or work

vi. Customers are required to submit a health declaration within 24Hrs of their departure on https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ and obtain a QR code. Customers falling under the category of pre-arrival RT-PCR required shall be required to attach a copy of their negative test result while completing their health declaration on the portal. The QR code obtained to be made readily available for verification by immigration upon entry in Maldives

3. GUIDELINES FOR ALL CUSTOMERS EXPECT TOURISTS

  • i. Register on ‘haalubelun' portal (https://haalubelun.hpa.gov.mv)
  • ii. After registration, request for home quarantine through ‘haalubelun' portal
  • iii. Home quarantine period will be 14 days and should be arranged by the customer themselves
  • iv. Daily reporting of health status through ‘haalubelun' portal
  • v. Customers must leave for the islands on the same day of arrival or if intended to stay in the mainland due to unavailability of transport, must have a booking on the HPA approved guest houses or hotels
  • vi. Customers travelling for employment purposes or on work visa are mandatorily required to have an ‘OK To Board’ endorsed in their IndiGo PNR/Booking

4. GUIDELINES FOR TOURISTS

  • i. Customers travelling for the purpose of tourism must have a confirmed reservation at a resort, vessel, guest house or hotel in the mainland
  • ii. List of where customers can stay as approved by Maldivian Health authority can be found by clicking here
  • iii. Customers must be in possession of valid return ticket

  • i.
